1. Getting a quote

• View our website http://www.stone-export.com ,choosing what you need, offer us item number or details items you required, then send us email or fax to us
• When meet projects, Email or Fax us the layout (drawiing) of your details if you have, Please provide us with as much information as you can, regarding your order or project. This includes:
o Layout (drawing,work ticket) ) and measurements
o Stone name or Number
o Processing details including edge treatment etc
o Some information including the job address, contact information, and any other details that will help us determine the quote of the job.
* All estimates are based on the dimensions provided to us
• We also can help you make CAD drawing.
• We can recommend you some popular items as per your area market siutation upon we receive your email.

2. The final price

• The final price will be calculated based on the quantity ,size ,presently stone situation ,depend on what you need. We would offer you lastest and competitive prices

3. Placing an Order

• After talking between us by email or telphone or fax, then you order from us ,we would type Proforma invoice (contract) for you.

4. Payment

• You pay us deposit first depending on Proforma invoice(contract)
• Upon finishing the goods, you pay us balance

5. Producing

• We are ready for producing as per Proforma invoice( contract) in our factory and some producing manufacturer.
• We would check some drawing with you again before producing
• It would take some days for producing ,depend on order details

6. Delivery

• Upon we finish the producing, we would arrange to ship to your destination (sea port or jobsites clients appointed).

7. Arrival

• Upon we got your all balance, we send you all documents (including bill of lading, invoice ,packing list or others concerning documents)
• Upon the ship are arrived , you can got the container from shipping company or concering shipping agents
