In 2013, the economic growth rate of China is expected to reach 7%, which will effectively promote the development of China's stone industry. According to the conservative estimates, the yield of China this year can reach 20.5 million tons; the exports can reach 10 million tons; and the exports amount can achieve more than $1.14 billion, China stone will continue to keep the first in the world in theion, consumption and trade. There is an analysis that although there are some problems in Chinese stone material industry, it still has a high level basis and conditions of development.

One is that the stone resources of China is rich, the species are diversity, the stone material resources distribute all over the country. Compared with the international stone developed countries, the advantages of China stone resources is obvious.

The second is that the annual stone material consumption in China is the highest in the worldwide, the domestic consumption has become an important factor that pull the continuous development. Especially the successful holding of Olympic Games in Beijing and the world EXPO in Shanghai, the starting of the positive fiscal policy which is stimulating the domestic demand, the new project and the transformation project, all will create more favorable conditions for the development of China's stone industry and enter the international market.

Third is that from the international market, the growth rate of stone material is higher than the growth of the world economy, so it is expected to be that the next 20 years, the annual growth rate of the world stone will reach 6%. Therefore, there is reason for China export stone to be optimistic.
